Meet Ashmita
Do you feel caught between expectations - your own, your family’s, or the world around you? Are you navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or the pressures of work while trying to stay grounded in who you are? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I support teens, adults, and couples who are working through life transitions, grief and loss, relationship and communication challenges, anxiety, depression, anger management, and career or workplace stress. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating identity, cultural expectations, and the complexities of the immigrant experience, including the often unspoken pressure to “hold it all together.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of your next steps. In our work together, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
For couples, I provide support with marital and premarital concerns, focusing on improving communication, deepening understanding, and rebuilding connection. I also focus on building resilience, enhancing self-esteem, and exploring identity, especially for those navigating life between cultures and countries.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered, so you can move forward with focus, confidence, and inner balance.

Meet Kirti
I believe that every individual has immense potential for healing, growth, and becoming their most authentic self. For the past 19 years, I have been committed to supporting people on their journeys toward greater self-awareness, personal growth, improved mental health, and the realization of their full potential.
My approach is grounded in a simple philosophy: respect, support, educate, and empower. I value a collaborative therapeutic process, where individuals feel safe to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly, allowing the work to be both meaningful and productive.
As a licensed psychotherapist, my work is guided by sensitivity to sexual orientation, cultural and ethnic diversity, and the impact of trauma. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Focused approaches, and Body-Oriented Therapies, supporting individuals towards healing, growth, and personal prosperity.
In our work together, you can expect to feel heard, validated, and supported in meaningful growth and change.
Therapy can involve exploring new possibilities, deepening self-acceptance, releasing emotional burdens, engaging more fully in the present, and creating space for aspects of your experience that are asking to be acknowledged and understood.

Meet Sasha
I specialize in supporting adults who appear capable and high functioning on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside. Many people come to therapy after years of masking, pushing through stress, or relying on coping strategies that no longer feel sustainable such as overworking, people pleasing, avoidance, substance use, or patterns that once helped but now feel hard to carry.
These patterns can develop in response to a range of experiences, including chronic stress, ADHD, perfectionism, grief, burnout, identity questions, or pressure to meet expectations that do not align with inner experience. When success is expected, it can feel like there is little room to struggle.
Being known as the one who always manages can be quietly exhausting. Capability does not erase the need to be seen, supported, or acknowledged. To those who are praised for outcomes but not for the effort, and to the ones who are relied on but rarely asked how they are — I see you.
With more than ten years of experience across hospitals, rapid access addiction clinics, crisis services, and private practice, I have learned that healing does not come from a formula. It comes from a relationship, a plan, and a process that fits you. Evidence based care matters, but so does human connection. When you feel safe to be yourself, the pressure to perform can soften and clarity and healing often begin.
Therapy can include emotional support, practical strategies, or both — depending on what you need. My approach is multidimensional and draws from a range of evidence based modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Together, these tools help therapy remain flexible, creative, and collaborative.
Many of the people I work with experience:
- Anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
- ADHD, including suspected ADHD
- Burnout and chronic stress
- Grief, identity shifts, or major life transitions
- People pleasing, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome
- Substance use or behavioural coping strategies
- Chronic pain or tension stored in the body
As therapy progresses, many people begin to feel more aligned with themselves, less stuck in survival mode and more able to make choices that feel intentional and grounded.
If you are curious about whether therapy might be helpful, I offer a free consultation so we can connect and get a sense of what working together might feel like. Sometimes the most important step is simply showing up and seeing what unfolds.
Let us take it one conversation at a time.
